Role Description This full-time International Travel Consultant role is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The International Travel Consultant will design and manage international travel itineraries for leisure, luxury, and corporate clients, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and budgets, preparing tailored travel proposals, handling reservations, and managing booking changes or cancellations. The role also involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing timely support before, during, and after travel. The consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations,



and promotional offers to recommend optimal options to clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design effective, client-focused itineraries and manage end-to-end travel plans.
• Candidates should possess solid abilities in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience throughout the travel lifecycle.
• Relevant experience in international travel planning, corporate travel, or a travel agency environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously are important.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems, GDS tools, and standard office software is preferred.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
