Job Purpose To support paper mills with technical guidance on paper machine clothing, monitor product performance, assist in complaint resolution and product trials, and support customer relationship and sales development.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and maintain paper machine, customer, and clothing performance data. Visit paper mills, understand customer requirements, and provide routine technical service and support. Monitor product trials and record installation dates, production tonnage, and clothing life. Collect complaint details, coordinate with technical and quality teams, and follow up on corrective actions. Track competitor products, identify potential customers, and support the sales team with technical information. Prepare customer visit reports, trial reports, and complaint follow-up reports. Qualification & Experience Diploma or degree in Pulp & Paper Technology. 1–3 years of experience in paper machine operations, production, quality, or technical service.
