About Unbox Health Unbox Health is on a mission to bring radical transparency to what India consumes. As India's first ratings platform for packaged foods and health supplements, we independently lab-test products, publish unbiased ratings, and help consumers make informed decisions about what they put into their bodies. In an industry full of noise, we're building clarity, and a category that hasn't existed until now. The Role & Why It Matters We're looking for people with demonstrable experience in brand, content, marketing, distribution, revenue, or partnerships to help us build and grow Unbox Health. This is an open application across these functions, not a generalist hiring drive. We're open to different job titles and backgrounds, but we're specifically looking for people who have worked on these business problems, taken ownership, and delivered results. Maybe you've built a brand, grown revenue, developed distribution channels, or established strategic partnerships. You might come from a startup, consulting, FMCG, D2C, quick commerce, or another relevant industry. What matters is your ability to show us what you've built, the problems you've solved, and the outcomes you've driven. You don't need prior experience in food or health. But you do need at least two years of relevant work experience in one or more of the areas we're hiring for, along with a genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and consumer trust. We're looking for people who can go beyond identifying problems, people who can turn ideas into execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.



Problems We're Working On Here are some of the key areas where we need people to take ownership:
• Brand & Marketing: How do we increase awareness, build consumer trust, and make Unbox Health a household name?
• Distribution: How do we get our ratings in front of consumers at the moment they're deciding what to buy?
• Revenue Growth: How do we build sustainable revenue streams and create a financially self-sustaining institution?
• Partnerships: How do we build lasting relationships with marketplaces, health platforms, and the broader health ecosystem? We're looking for candidates who have relevant experience in at least one of these areas and can demonstrate how they would help us make progress. Who You Are Health, wellness and nutrition aren't just a category for you
- they're personal. You've flipped a protein bar over in the supermarket aisle to check the label. You've wondered whether your supplements actually contain what they claim. You follow the brands, the launches, the regulations and the conversations shaping what India eats
- not because you have to, but because you care. And you're not on the sidelines. You want this industry to grow
- for good brands to win, for consumers to trust what they buy, and for the whole ecosystem to work better than it does today. You've also built something before

• These are full-time, paid roles. Compensation will be calibrated to the role and your experience.
• We're a hybrid team based in Bangalore. We work closely and move rapid, and in-person collaboration matters to us.
