Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm’s tax and advisory practice through day-to-day work in direct and indirect taxation, including assisting with compliance, documentation, and basic tax computations. Responsibilities include researching tax and regulatory provisions, helping prepare reports and working papers, and supporting senior team members on assignments involving RBI, FEMA, and government approvals. The role will involve participation in audits, data collection and verification, maintaining client files,



and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of projects and project finance-related tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with partners and staff, adherence to professional standards, and timely completion of assigned work. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with working on financial and tax-related software.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare clear working papers and basic reports.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and a commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
• Must have qualified both groups of CA IPCC to be eligible to register as an articled assistant.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, take guidance from seniors, and adapt to a structured training workplace is essential.
