About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Collibra Data Governance Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in data governance platforms, platform administration, troubleshooting, metadata management, integrations, and data quality. While Collibra experience is highly desirable, candidates with relevant experience in similar enterprise data governance technologies will also be considered. The primary focus is on practical implementation, platform support, issue resolution, and maintaining reliable data governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on platform support, administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise data governance platforms.
• Manage metadata ingestion, metadata management, and connector configuration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot database connectivity issues involving JDBC, ODBC, and other database connection methods.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to validate data, investigate issues, and support data governance activities.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows and workflow-based processes.
• Implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling, monitoring, and validation processes.
• Support integrations between data governance platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and AWS services.
• Investigate and resolve integration failures, connectivity issues, metadata synchronization errors, and platform performance issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and resolutions.
• Support platform enhancements,



operational improvements, and data governance best practices. Required Skills and ExperienceCandidates should demonstrate robust hands-on experience in the following areas:
• Platform Support & Troubleshooting: Experience supporting enterprise data governance platforms, resolving technical issues, and performing root-cause analysis.
• Metadata Management & Ingestion: Experience with metadata ingestion, connector configuration, metadata synchronization, and connector troubleshooting.
• Database Connectivity: Strong understanding of JDBC/ODBC connectivity, database connections, and troubleshooting connectivity-related issues.
• SQL: Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and investigation.
• Workflow Automation: Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting automated workflows.
• Data Quality: Practical experience with User-Defined Data Quality (UDQ), data quality rules, profiling, monitoring, and validation.
• Integrations & APIs: Experience supporting system integrations, API connectivity, and troubleshooting integration issues.
• AWS Connectivity: Familiarity with AWS connectivity and integrating data platforms with cloud-based data sources.
• Platform Administration: Experience with platform configuration, access management, monitoring, and ongoing operational support. Preferred Qualifications
• Direct hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.




• Experience with Collibra platform administration, metadata ingestion, connectors, workflows, and data quality capabilities.
• Experience with alternative enterprise data governance, metadata management, or data quality platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data environments and complex integrations. Significant: Candidates should not be rejected solely because they lack Collibra experience if they have strong, relevant hands-on experience with comparable data governance technologies and the core technical skills listed above. • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in data governance, metadata management, platform support, data quality, or related technical roles.
• Strong practical troubleshooting and implementation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness to work at the proposed hourly rate of ₹1,700.
