Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Design Prepress Specialist role is based in the Nalagrah. The specialist will prepare and optimize artwork files for print, perform preflight checks, and ensure all designs meet technical specifications for seamless tubes and ABL/PBL Tube packaging. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design, production, and sales teams to translate client requirements into print-ready files, adjusting layouts, colors, and graphics to match printing processes, and reviewing proofs for accuracy before final production.



The role also involves maintaining standardized prepress workflows, resolving technical issues related to printing and packaging design, and supporting continuous improvement in print quality and efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Print Production and Printing processes applicable to flexible packaging and tube manufacturing.
• Candidates should possess solid Preflight and Pre-press skills, including file preparation, color management, and quality checks before printing.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Packaging Design, including layout, dielines, and adapting artwork to various packaging formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and prepress software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; packaging/prepress tools) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in flexible packaging or related print industries and a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams are important.
