• Statutory & internal audits
• Stock audits & concurrent audits
• Tax audits and taxation
• Project financing
• Legal compliances
• Statutory filings
• Subsidy work under various finance schemes Role: Article Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Assist in statutory, internal, stock and concurrent audits and prepare working papers
• Support tax return preparation, filings, and compliance work
• Handle documentation, data analysis, and record keeping
• Coordinate with senior team members and join client meetings when required

Requirements:
• Robust foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools




• Good written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
• Team player with good time management
• CA Articleship stage or a similar accounting qualification preferred
