Role Description The Sr. Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production coordination across multiple VFX projects. This role manages schedules, tracks tasks and milestones, and ensures that artist teams and production staff have the information and resources needed to deliver work on time and to the required quality standards. The Sr. Production Coordinator will maintain detailed production documentation, facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, and support the Producers in planning deliveries, reviews, and approvals. The role includes monitoring progress against production plans,



identifying potential bottlenecks, and helping implement solutions to maintain efficiency in an AI-enhanced VFX pipeline. The coordinator will also assist with resource allocation, meeting preparation, and maintaining a smooth workflow from asset creation to final delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and coordinating multi-show or multi-department workflows.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, with experience managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies in a quick-paced production environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to facilitate clear, timely information flow between artists, production staff, leadership, and clients.
• Candidates should possess advanced Organization skills, including maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in VFX, animation, or post-production coordination, familiarity with production tracking tools (e.g., Shotgrid or similar), and knowledge of standard VFX pipelines are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film, media, animation, production, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
