Role Description This is a full time, on-site Faculty Member role located in Kakinada. The Faculty Member will design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include teaching classes, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on academic planning, participating in school events, and communicating regularly with families and guardians about student development. The Faculty Member is also expected to contribute to co-curricular activities, uphold school policies, and support a safe,

• Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant teaching discipline and the ability to explain concepts clearly to students.
• Proficiency in classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and student engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; relevant teaching certification or training is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in a school setting is beneficial, especially in diverse or multilingual classrooms.
