Experience:
1–3 years in HR; hospitality experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hotel staff.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining discipline.




• Coordinate with departmental heads to meet manpower requirements. Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
