Key Responsibilities
• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of inventory and stock records.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, issue records, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement and replenishment.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and systematic arrangement of materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Finance, and concerned departments for inventory management. Desired Profile:
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in inventory or materials management will be an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or materials management, preferably in an educational institution.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, stock registers, and inventory/ERP systems.
• Robust organizational skills, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
