Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Role Summary We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultants for a support engagement focused on Incident to Resolve processes. The role involves functional support, system troubleshooting, incident management, configuration enhancements, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM across global operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM, including maintenance requests, work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support.
• Support the asset lifecycle from incident creation and assessment through resolution and closure. 2. System Enhancements & Change Management
• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes based on business requirements.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Participate in Oracle quarterly release testing and recent feature rollouts.
• Support integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Projects,



and Supply Chain modules. 3. Documentation & User Training
• Prepare user manuals, functional specifications, process documentation, and quick reference guides.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions for business users and support teams. 4. Stakeholder Management
• Act as a primary point of contact for EAM functional issues and process queries.
• Coordinate with business process owners, IT teams, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of incidents and service requests. 5. Continuous Improvement
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in asset reliability, maintenance scheduling, and data quality.
• Apply Oracle Cloud EAM best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Assess the impact of Oracle Cloud updates on EAM and related business processes. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM.
• Strong understanding of Incident to Resolve processes.
• Experience in asset management, maintenance planning and execution, preventive maintenance, incident management, and work orders.
• Experience in application support, managed services, or AMS engagements.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
• Good troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
