Key Responsibilities
* Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and phone calls.
* Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
* Reactivate existing patients and schedule repeat sessions.
* Maintain lead records and daily calling reports.
* Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements:
* Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
* Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
* Solid follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
