About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional work environment. ? Roles & Responsibilities
• Source candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.




• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Build qualified relationships with potential candidates.
