Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
* Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
* Understand customer requirements and explain our fashion products/services.
* Convert leads into confirmed, paid sales.
* Maintain customer records and update the CRM/tracker regularly.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
* Basic computer knowledge.
