Role Description The BIM Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Nagpur. The intern will support project teams in creating, updating, and managing BIM models under the guidance of senior engineers and BIM specialists. Daily tasks may include assisting with 3D model development, extracting quantities, preparing drawings and documentation, and helping with coordination between disciplines. The role also involves learning and applying project standards, participating in internal reviews, and supporting reality capture or digital twin workflows as needed.



This position offers hands-on exposure to industry tools and processes in a structured, mentoring-focused environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and interest in 3D modeling, engineering design, or digital twins.
• Familiarity with at least one CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools) and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, or architectural drawings and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in model and data handling.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, including the capacity to take feedback, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and meet deadlines.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma program in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Interest in advanced concepts such as 4D/5D simulation, reality capture, and data integration is a plus.
• Commitment to learning, professional ethics, and adherence to quality and information security standards.
