2-3 yrs of experience in a similar role/industry. Job Summary: Support the delivery of the PGDM programmes by teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional activities. Key Job

Responsibilities:
Teaching and learning
• Deliver classroom sessions in assigned subjects using lectures, case studies, simulations, and group work.
• Prepare course plans, session plans, study material, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate students fairly and on time (quizzes, projects, exams, presentations).
• Keep course content current with industry practice and use digital tools and learning platforms. Student mentoring and engagement
• Act as a mentor or guide to a group of students on academics and career direction.
• Guide live projects, summer internship projects, and capstone work.
• Support student clubs, workshops, competitions, and placement preparation. Research and academic contribution
• Contribute to research, case writing, or publications (Scopus/ABDC/UGC-CARE journals, as the institute expects).
• Take part in FDPs, conferences, and seminars.
• Support accreditation and ranking work (AICTE, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AACSB/AMBA-type processes). Institutional and industry interface
• Assist with admissions, orientation, examinations, and administrative duties.
• Help build industry links through guest lectures, projects, and corporate engagement.

Education:
MBA/PGDM (first class) or a relevant master’s degree. A PhD is preferred, or being enrolled in one. UGC-NET qualification is often desirable.
•

Experience:
2–3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience (more for the Junior Assistant Professor title). Key Skills and Competencies:
• Robust communication and presentation skills
• Command of the subject and case-based or experiential teaching methods
• Familiarity with analytics tools, Excel, and learning management systems
• Mentoring ability, teamwork, and adaptability
