Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial management, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, monthly reports, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments as required.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.




• Review financial data and identify discrepancies or opportunities to improve processes.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reports for business decisions. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial controls.
• Experience managing accounting records and coordinating with external auditors. Work Location Trivandrum, Kerala Work from Office.
