Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Virudhunagar. In this role, the individual will support the Sales Manager in achieving enrollment targets, managing lead pipelines, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and families. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-up calls or meetings, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new learners.



The Assistant Sales Manager will also help plan and execute local outreach activities, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Qualifications
• Solid sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to manage leads, close enrollments, and provide clear program information.
• Competence in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain educational offerings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Basic proficiency in data handling and reporting, such as maintaining CRM entries, tracking performance metrics, and preparing sales summaries.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple inquiries, schedule appointments, and collaborate with teaching and support staff.
• Prior experience in education, edtech, or service-based sales is an advantage, along with familiarity with online and blended learning models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Virudhunagar, with a proactive, learner-centric mindset and readiness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
