About the Role
MyRx is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with prior HR experience. The primary responsibility is recruiting and onboarding doctors for MyRx’s healthcare services. The role involves coordinating with doctor candidates throughout the hiring process, managing required documentation and verification, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process before doctors begin providing services.

Key Responsibilities
• Doctor Recruitment
• Source and screen doctors for relevant roles, including general practitioners, specialists, and teleconsultants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews or screening discussions with doctor candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of doctor candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Draft and publish doctor hiring posts across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate offer communication and follow-ups with selected doctors.
• Doctor Onboarding & Documentation
• Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected doctors and ensure all required documents are collected.
• Verify doctors’ medical registration, qualifications, licenses, and other required credentials.




• Coordinate background verification and maintain accurate doctor records and documentation.
• Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and properly recorded before doctors go live.
• HR Operations & Communication
• Assist in drafting emails and HR communications related to doctor recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, doctor records, and onboarding status updates.
• Coordinate follow-ups with doctors and internal operations teams.
• Support day-to-day HR operations related to recruitment and onboarding. Skills & Qualifications
• Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of prior HR experience is mandatory; freshers are not eligible.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding is preferred, especially for doctors or healthcare professionals.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment or HR tracking systems.
• Must have a personal laptop and be willing to work under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) arrangement. Why Join MyRx?
