Skills:
• Order Management: Oversee the entire order management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment. Working experience in managing customer orders, booking time and efforts
• Query Resolution: Experienced in analyzing and effectively addressing billing enquiries.
• ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
• Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of SNOW will be added advantage
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within client organizations.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office environment.
