Role Overview We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to plan, run and scale influencer campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, shortlist and onboard influencers across nano, micro, macro and celebrity tiers that fit our brands and audiences.
• Plan and run influencer campaigns end to end, from briefs and negotiation to content approval, posting and payment.
• Negotiate commercials and deliverables within budget, and manage barter and paid collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
• Coordinate product dispatches and track content timelines.
• Ensure all content follows ASCI influencer guidelines,



including clear paid-partnership disclosures, and our brand and claim guidelines.
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, CPV, CPE, coupon sales and ROI), and share regular reports with insights.
• Source UGC and creator content for ads, the website and social media.
• Keep up with trends, formats and creators in beauty, wellness and lifestyle. Requirements
• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in a D2C, beauty, personal care or lifestyle brand, or an agency.
• A strong network of influencers and creators, especially in beauty and lifestyle.
• Good negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube analytics, and of campaign tracking tools.
• Strong organisation skills, able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Fluency in Hindi and English. Good to Have
• Experience with influencer platforms or tools.
• Experience running affiliate or coupon-led campaigns.
