at: https://www.kiwiqa.com/ Job Summary We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Content Writer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our in-house team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have solid writing and editing skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts, and an understanding of SEO and digital content practices. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and search-engine-friendly content that supports our brand visibility, digital marketing initiatives, and business objectives. Experience writing for IT services, software testing, technology,



or B2B audiences will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for the company website, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, website copy, and thought leadership content related to software testing, Quality Assurance, automation testing, AI testing, performance testing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
• Write case studies, client success stories, company profiles, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
• Convert complex technical information into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content.
• Optimize existing website pages and blogs for SEO, readability, search intent, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the SEO, digital marketing, design, sales, and technical teams to understand content requirements and deliver accurate content.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather technical information and validate content accuracy.




• Develop content ideas, editorial calendars, and topic suggestions based on business goals and industry trends.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, grammar, formatting, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Review and update existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
• Use AI writing and research tools responsibly to support content creation, while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, and human editing.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines without compromising content quality. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in an IT, technology, software, or B2B services environment.
• Excellent written English, grammar, vocabulary, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Working knowledge of SEO content writing, keyword placement, search intent, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Familiarity with website content management systems and basic on-page SEO practices.
• Ability to write different content formats, including blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, and marketing content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, and AI-assisted writing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
