• Technical pre-sales support: Understand customer requirements, conduct technical discussions, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and support the sales team in developing CMS opportunities.
• Solution design: Develop technical concepts and solution specifications for CMS implementation and efficient data acquisition in collaboration with internal and external experts.
• Implementation and commissioning: Support system installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment of Bachmann CMS solutions.
• Post-sales technical support: Provide ongoing customer support, diagnose technical issues, assist with vibration and condition-monitoring data interpretation, and support customers in optimising system performance and reliability.
• Customer training and business development: Train customers on the Bachmann CMS-Suite,



maintain strong technical relationships with customers, wind turbine OEMs and wind farm operators, and support the sales team through customer visits, trade fairs and technical presentations.

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in the use and installation of CMS systems
• Experience in using CMS systems in the wind energy sector would be an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and data analytics
• Experience in network technology, control cabinet construction and knowledge of PLC applications
• Self-driven, customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within India Your benefits
