Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at AIMER Business School in Kozhikode. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations across academic programs, administration, and support services to ensure productive, high-quality delivery of business education. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, coordinating with academic leadership, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes to support experiential learning and industry-integrated initiatives. The role involves managing budgets and resources, fostering cross-functional collaboration,



ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in student and stakeholder experience. The COO will also represent the school in key partnerships, contributing to long-term growth, innovation, and institutional excellence. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and strategic execution skills, with experience in setting and translating institutional goals into operational plans.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management expertise, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional coordination in an educational or service-driven environment.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret complex operational and academic metrics.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Budgeting skills, including resource allocation, cost management, and financial oversight of multi-department operations.
