The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting DI Solutions’ range of software development and IT services. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, leading client meetings and presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings, ensure smooth onboarding, and support long-term account growth.



The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategic planning. Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and communicate software development, application development, and IT outsourcing services to clients.
• Solid analytical and research capabilities to assess markets, identify opportunities, and develop effective growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in IT services, software development, or technology consulting business development is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
