Full Time (Onsite) Experience Required: 1 Year Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1 year of experience in project coordination and client communication, preferably in website development. The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood, progress is tracked, and websites are delivered on time. Responsibilty:
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address queries, and provide regular project updates.
• Project Planning: Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand client requirements and document them clearly for the internal team.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with design, development, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project status, follow up on pending tasks, and identify potential delays.
• Project Reporting:



Maintain project trackers and share regular progress updates with clients and management.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure website development tasks and deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.
• End-to-End Coordination: Support projects from initiation to final delivery, including client feedback and revisions. Qualification:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination and client communication.
• Basic understanding of website development processes and project workflows.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is an added advantage.
