The Audio Engineer will handle recording, editing, and mixing audio for dramas, micro-dramas, voiceovers, and digital content, ensuring clear, high-quality sound. Day-to-day work includes setting up and optimizing recording chains, managing sessions, applying sound design elements, and preparing mixes and masters for multiple platforms. The role also involves collaborating closely with writers, directors, voice talents, and video editors to align sound with creative and technical requirements,



maintaining organized project files and effective workflows. The Audio Engineer will contribute to refining templates, presets, and processes to support scalable, consistent production across projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in audio engineering, including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with microphones and acoustic principles for various recording environments.
• Candidates should possess sound design skills for creating atmospheres, effects, and immersive audio for storytelling.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with audio visual (AV) systems and signal flow for integrating audio with video workflows.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in modern DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or similar) and relevant plugins.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills for remote production settings.
• Candidates should possess experience in narrative audio, podcasting, or film/TV sound; prior work with audio dramas is a plus.
• Candidates should possess a portfolio or samples demonstrating audio engineering and sound design capabilities.
