Required Skills and Expertise ● Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management and optimization. ● Proven experience managing 30+ client accounts simultaneously, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment. ● Experience managing Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, and paid social campaigns. ● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI. ● Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and campaign attribution. ● Excellent understanding of campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
