Role Description This is a full-time, in office Process Engineer role based in Chennai. The Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for network product lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Daily responsibilities include analyzing process performance data, implementing process control strategies, troubleshooting issues on the production floor, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in production, quality,



and maintenance to standardize procedures, reduce waste, and improve throughput. The Process Engineer will also prepare documentation, work instructions, and reports, and support compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills, with experience in developing and improving manufacturing workflows.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize key process parameters.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline relevant to process industries.
• Relevant skills such as knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies are beneficial.
• Additional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, proficiency with process simulation or CAD tools, and strong communication and teamwork abilities are preferred.
