• Leadership Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for CXOs, VPs, Directors, GMs, AGMs, and Functional Heads across key business functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs, role specifications, competencies, and selection criteria.
• Executive Search: Drive headhunting, talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, and proactive sourcing for critical and confidential roles.
• Recruitment Strategy: Manage executive search firms, strengthen in-house sourcing, and optimize recruitment costs and hiring efficiency.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring KPIs, prepare dashboards, and ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and timelines.
• Offer Management: Manage compensation negotiations, offer rollouts, notice periods, and candidate engagement through joining.

• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization across digital platforms and talent networks.
• Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Candidates should ideally have 5–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
