- Will be responsible for Digital Operations & for monitoring and service management of the Digital Technology infrastructure including Video Head-end, Network, Systems & Software Infrastructure. Should be skilled on Broadcast & OTT technology that would enable the individual to delivery the highest level of Service and also meet the competence level required. As Lead Operation engineer, you will be part of team that is required to monitor, configure,



implement & manage the digital services infrastructure and applications. You will also be involved in ensuring the services availability on 24X7 basis and manage/resolve any incidents that happen is due course, minimizing service impact. Hands on exposure on ITIL/FCAPS related tools & processes e.g. Incident, Change, Configuration & reporting management would be an added advantage. Key requirement

Qualifications:
Diploma, BSC, BE (IT / Computer Sc)
· Must have skills including knowledge on Encoding, Transcoding products/solution and any Video Middleware solution
· Experience in managing Digital Head-end Infrastructure for Cable or DTH or IPTV
· Understanding of OTT technology components like CDN, Streaming, Video Platform etc.
· Experience in Provisioning / Configuration / Monitoring of Video Head-end & Video Servers solutions.
· Good to have knowledge in cloud technologies. (AWS, Azure, Cloud Video Platform)
· Experience in Syslog/Weblog/Applog Management and debugging, additional monitoring tool configuration.
· Should have a good analytical, troubleshooting and skill around knowledge of ticketing systems
· Adequate knowledge in Operating Systems, Networking, Database, Applications, Security and ITIL processes (incident management, change management, service request).
· Good Communication, Problem Solving and Logical reasoning skills
· Solid ability to identify and drive process implementation/automation
