Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Design, Operations, Marketing, HR and Corporate functions.
* Manage leadership, mid-management and niche hiring requirements.
* Partne r with business heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
* Develo p sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants and networking.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions.
* Conduc t initial screening, assess candidate suitability and manage interview coordination.
* Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement and joining conversions.
* Monito r recruitment metrics, including hiring TAT, offer-to-joining ratio and source effectiveness.
* Mainta in accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records and hiring MIS.
* Guide recruiters and coordinate hiring priorities across departments.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.



### ? What We’re Looking For *3+ yea rs of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
* Experi ence hiring for Sales, Business Development, Design, Operations and leadership roles is preferred.
* Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and closing skills.
* Abilit y to manage multiple vacancies and meet aggressive hiring targets.
* Excell ent communication and relationship-management skills.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ATS tools.
* A hand s-on, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. ### ?
