Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate pay rates,
compensation, and notice periods.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
