• Have 6 plus years of experience in designing, implementation and management of large scale enterprise network with exposure to routing, switching, WAN optimizers, wireless LAN and load balancers.
• Experience in implementation of Enterprise Data Center network with exposure to Cisco Nexus Switches, Riverbed WAN Optimization devices, F5 load balancers, wireless LAN equipment.
• Good expertise in troubleshooting of large scale enterprise network including various types of switches, routers, WAN optimizers, load balancers & routing protocols such as BGP.
• Experience troubleshooting of large scale wireless network
• Positive experience in Checkpoint/Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls
• Provide senior level, advanced hands-on support for Checkpoint enterprise firewalls, Palo Alto, Fortigate (a must), log reporting, firewall audits and vulnerability management
• configuring and supporting FortiNet systems, including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer
• Expert in all aspects of the firewall device installations, maintenance and usage of a large-scale local and wide area network
• Experience with network design, including network segmentation
• Experience analyzing network traffic; Splunk, Wireshark, etc.




• Switching Concepts VLANS, STP, RSTP, VTP, HSRP, VSS, Trunk Encapsulation, MAC Filtering, Ether-channel, port-security.
• Routing Concepts Static Routing RIP, EIGRP, BGP, Class full and Classless Routing.
• Expert level knowledge in Networking fundamentals and concept of Switching, Routing, IP Addressing, LAN and WAN protocols, Routing Protocols, VLAN, VPNs, Network Security.
• Working knowledge on multicast routing.
• Security Concepts NAT/PAT, ACL /Firewall Policies, VPN.
• Vendor Management skills.
• Troubleshooting and Network Management Utilities SNMP, ICMP, SSH, Telnet, Traceroute, wireshark etc.
• Nice to Have: Azure and Cloud experience
• CCNP/CCIE certification strongly desired
• PCNSE or equivalent level certifications strongly desired
• Check Point CCSE certification (preferred)
• Fortinet NSE4 certification (preferred)
• Expertise in network tools such as Whats Up Gold, Solarwind, Cisco ACS
• Strong Inter-personal skills & Analytical Skills Good to have:
• Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably Remedy, Service Now)
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes
• ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
• Knowledge, experience on multi-vendor network products/equipment such as HP, Juniper Switches, firewalls would be added advantage.
• Knowledge, experience on network tools such as HP, Op Manager 15 years of Continuous Education.
