Role Description The Partnerships Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for building and managing strategic relationships that advance Baala’s mission and programs. This role involves identifying and cultivating partnerships, developing collaboration models and participating in organising events and workshops. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, program, field, and research teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with Baala’s values, operational capabilities, and long-term impact objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills,



including experience building and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and prepare compelling proposals and reports.
• Candidates should possess skills, such as pipeline management, negotiation, and converting opportunities into long-term collaborations.
• Relevant experience in social impact, public health, development sector, or CSR partnerships is beneficial.
• Demonstrated commitment to gender equity, health access, and environmental sustainability is an advantage.
