Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing brand social media channels, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies, optimize posts for reach and engagement, monitor performance metrics, and adjust campaigns based on analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include community management, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with designers and writers,



coordinating with clients on campaign objectives, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role also includes supporting lead generation initiatives, reporting on campaign performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars, aligning content to business goals, and using insights to refine strategy.
• Candidates should have good task management and communication skills to become the bridge between clients and our team

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles, are preferred.
