Full-Time Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a good understanding of the IT hiring landscape, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely feedback.




• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures within agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
