Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders and procurement opportunities through free and paid platforms, government portals, databases and online sources.
• Evaluate opportunities and determine their relevance to our business.
• Review RFP requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Prepare chance summaries and Bid/No-Bid recommendations for Management.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Operations, Finance and Management to collect required inputs.
• Support the preparation, organization and review of proposal responses.
• Research prospective clients, industries and relevant business information.
• Maintain RFP trackers, deadlines and submission documentation.
• Ensure responses are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain a repository of previous proposals, case studies, company information and other reusable content.
