Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru. The Conference Producer will be responsible for end-to-end conference production, including developing event themes, creating agenda structures, and defining target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to identify trending topics and opportunities, securing and managing speakers, and coordinating with internal teams for marketing, operations, and sales support. The role involves drafting program content, briefing speakers, managing conference timelines, and ensuring that each event delivers strong value for attendees and clients. The Conference Producer will also support onsite event execution, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of future conferences. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Conference Production skills, including agenda development, program design, and content planning.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and target audiences.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for stakeholder coordination, speaker interaction, and clear written and verbal messaging.
• Candidates should possess experience in Speaker Acquisition, including identifying, approaching, and confirming industry experts and thought leaders.
• Candidates should possess Event Management skills to oversee logistics, timelines, and cross-functional coordination during pre-event and onsite phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working with corporate clients and senior-level professionals, with a skilled and inclusive approach.
• Experience in B2B conferences, training programs, or corporate events is beneficial.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and basic project management or CRM software is an advantage.
