Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Officer role based in West Delhi. The Procurement Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders for medical devices and equipment. The role involves evaluating vendor proposals, supporting contract negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with quality and regulatory requirements. The Procurement Officer will maintain accurate procurement records, track inventory levels,



and coordinate closely with internal teams such as biomedical engineering, finance, and logistics to meet project and tender requirements. The position also requires monitoring market trends, optimizing procurement costs, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience in managing vendor relationships and supply chains.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Candidates should possess contract negotiation skills, including the ability to secure favorable terms while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to assess pricing, evaluate supplier performance, and support data-driven procurement decisions.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or a regulated industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
