Job Requirements

Experience:
5+ yrs Incident Management: Lead on-call rotations, handle outages, and perform root-cause post-mortems. Reliability & Metrics: Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and error targets. Automation: Write software and scripts to automate provisioning, deployments, alerting, and manual toil. System Design & Capacity Planning: Partner with developers to test, scale, and review distributed architecture before it hits production.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, or Ruby. Infrastructure & Cloud: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Observability: Knowledge of logging, metrics, and tracing stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) Work Experience 5-7Years
