Role Description The IT Operations Manager at siliconops.ai will oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure, applications, and services in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This full-time, in office role includes managing IT teams, coordinating incident and problem resolution, and supervising service delivery in alignment with SLAs and compliance standards. The role involves planning and implementing operational processes for hybrid cloud environments, NOC and SOC activities, and data center operations,



as well as monitoring and optimizing system performance, capacity, and security. The IT Operations Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to prioritize workloads, manage escalations, and support mission-critical business continuity. Additional responsibilities include documentation of procedures, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives, and mentoring team members to develop technical and operational capabilities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in IT Operations and IT Service Management, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Candidates should possess skills in IT Management and Information Technology, with experience overseeing infrastructure, applications, and service delivery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and IT Operations, including troubleshooting, escalation management, and root cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments, data center operations, network and security concepts, and monitoring tools.
• Experience managing NOC/SOC or similar mission-critical environments is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams, with effective stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, cloud or network certifications) are an advantage.
