Role Description This is a full time, on-site edtech-focused role based in Bengaluru for immediate joiners, with a salary range of 35,000 to 45,000 INR per month. The role involves engaging with learners, explaining Organo Mart’s products and values, and supporting educational initiatives related to organic living, nutrition, and sustainable consumption. Responsibilities include conducting product-focused training sessions, preparing simple learning materials, answering learner queries, and assisting in workshops or demonstrations. The team member will collaborate with sales and marketing to align educational content with customer needs and may help organize events or campaigns that promote awareness of organic products.



The role requires consistent on-site presence to coordinate with colleagues, manage in-person interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications
• Strong carpentry-related skills, including Carpentry fundamentals and Framing, to support construction or setup of educational displays, kiosks, or demo spaces.
• Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools to safely build, maintain, and adjust physical structures used in training areas or retail environments.
• Experience in Finish Carpentry to create neat, presentable fixtures, product stands, and signage that enhance learner and customer experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with learners and colleagues, with good spoken and written English or local language skills.
• Interest in organic products, food safety, and sustainable living, with willingness to learn and explain these concepts to diverse audiences.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sessions, tasks, and priorities during a full-time work schedule.
• Previous experience in education, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness for immediate joining and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
