* Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max and scaling profitable campaigns.
* Meta Ads — acquisition, retargeting, creative testing and scaling.
* ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and the numbers that actually move a business.
* Budget allocation, campaign optimisation and finding opportunities others miss.
* Turning data into decisions, quick. Who you are
* 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
* Stronger on Google Ads, with solid Meta Ads expertise.




* Have managed real budgets and can demonstrate results.
* Street-smart, analytical and commercially sharp.
