? Hiring: MSP Team Lead (L2/L3) ?

Experience:
2–4 Years Wingslide Technologies is looking for an experienced MSP Team Lead to manage IT support operations for our international clients in New Zealand and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT support operations and handle L2/L3 technical escalations.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage RMM tools such as NinjaOne, Datto, N-able, or ConnectWise.
• Oversee endpoint security, antivirus, patching, and backup management.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra ID and remote device administration.




• Ensure timely issue resolution and professional communication with international clients. Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on MSP/IT support experience.
• Robust knowledge of Windows, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with RMM tools and endpoint security solutions.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, backup and recovery, and security best practices.
