About the role
You will be the techno-functional NetSuite expert for Finance, Billing and Revenue in a multi-entity SaaS business. You will own support, enhancements and projects end to end, from requirements to post-go-live. The role mixes hands-on configuration with planning and senior stakeholder communication.

What you'll do
• Own tickets, incidents, enhancements and projects from requirements to post-production support.
• Run discovery sessions and turn business needs into scalable solutions, using native NetSuite features first.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, user training and change management.
• Improve Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) and billing processes.
• Partner with Salesforce, e-commerce, MuleSoft, Boomi, data and engineering teams on integrations.
• Mentor L1 administrators through documentation, training and knowledge sessions.
• Report priorities, risks and project status to business leaders and executives.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, including after hours when required. Must-have
• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration in a complex enterprise environment.
• NetSuite OneWorld, GL, AP,



AR and Fixed Assets; P2P, O2C, R2R and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Advanced Billing (subscription, usage-based, evergreen, recurring, hybrid) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), with a solid grasp of SaaS / subscription models.
• Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, forms, reports, roles and permissions, SuiteFlow and CSV imports.
• Tax integration troubleshooting (including ONESOURCE) and integration troubleshooting across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi and e-commerce.
• Led NetSuite projects through design, build, test, deploy and support, supporting Finance, Accounting, Billing, Procurement and Revenue Ops.
• Works directly with senior leaders; Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, Computer Science or related. Nice-to-have
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant (strongly preferred)
• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• SuiteFoundation Certification Tech stack
• NetSuite: OneWorld, Advanced Billing (SuiteBilling), ARM, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, SuiteFlow, CSV Import
• Integration: Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, e-commerce platforms, REST APIs and SOAP web services
• Scripting (working knowledge): SuiteScript
• Tax: ONESOURCE
