Role Description The Senior Area Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving business growth and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. This position includes overseeing branch and field teams, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of revenue and productivity goals. The role involves developing and executing local distribution and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Senior Area Head collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives,



maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and support the professional development of team members through coaching and performance management. Regular reporting, market analysis, and participation in review meetings are key components of the daily responsibilities. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, territory management, and business development within financial services or insurance.
• Strong skills in team management, coaching, and performance monitoring to lead and motivate diverse sales teams.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends, interpret sales data, and use insights to plan and execute area-level strategies.
• Sound understanding of life insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory norms (IRDAI guidelines preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and relevant regional languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proven capability to work in an on-site, target-driven environment in Jaipur, with readiness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
