Role Description The Team Leader Home Loan Telecalling role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves leading a telecalling team responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining home loan products, and generating qualified leads. The Team Leader will allocate daily calling targets, monitor call quality, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure adherence to scripts and compliance standards. This position includes coordinating with internal sales and operations teams, tracking conversion rates, preparing performance reports, and supporting team members in handling customer queries and objections. The role requires consistent follow-up with leads, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the achievement of overall home loan sales targets. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong telecalling and customer service skills, including confident phone communication, active listening, and clear articulation.
• Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, such as setting targets, mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, and motivating team members.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, outbound calling, persuasive communication, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess basic banking and home loan product knowledge, with the ability to explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rate structures.
• Candidates should possess data management and reporting skills, including maintaining call logs, updating CRM systems, and preparing daily or weekly performance reports.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer objections, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Relevant experience in telecalling, home loans, or financial services is preferred; prior team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial. Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Mumbai is desirable.
