Basic FunctionSeeking an experienced and results-oriented BEN ICA Leader to lead Benefits Implementation and Client Administration teams, ensuring successful delivery of benefits solutions, operational excellence, and exceptional client outcomes. This role will oversee implementation projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and develop high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Benefits Implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.Oversee project governance, risk management, resource planning, and status reporting.Lead, coach, and develop BEN ICA associates, driving performance, engagement, and career growth.Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation and client administration issues.Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain implementation documentation, training materials, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
15+ years of overall professional experience.
5+ years of Benefits Administration/Benefits Implementation experience.
Proven experience leading end-to-end benefits implementation projects.
Strong project management experience, including managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Demonstrated people management experience leading and developing teams.
Experience with HWSE and/or other Advantages Administration platforms preferred.
